2. Website delivery and hosting
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI. The provider in the European Economic Area is OpenAI Ireland Ltd., Ireland. The technical delivery uses Cloudflare infrastructure.
When you access the website, technically necessary data is processed. This may include your IP address, access date and time, pages and files requested, HTTP status, volume of data transferred, browser and operating system information and the referring page. This data is needed to deliver content, maintain stability, resolve errors and prevent attacks.
The legal basis for providing and securing this website is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and functional operation of our company website. Recipients include the service providers involved in hosting and technical delivery.
Technical data is processed only for as long as required for the relevant operational or security purpose. In the event of a security incident, longer retention may be needed to investigate the incident or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
The hosting provider’s processing is governed by the data processing agreement incorporated into the ChatGPT Sites Terms. We do not operate our own database of visitor data. 3. Contact by email and telephone
Our enquiry buttons open your email application with a suggested message. These buttons do not submit a form to our web server or send a message automatically. We receive the information you provide only when you send the email yourself.
When you contact us, we process your contact details, the contents of your message and, where relevant, company, route and shipment information to respond and prepare a possible order. During telephone contact, we process the information necessary to handle your enquiry.
Contractual or pre-contractual enquiries from natural persons are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For enquiries from company representatives and general business questions, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is handling business communications.
Our company email uses Google Workspace. The provider in the European Economic Area is Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland. Processing information: Google Workspace Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
We delete enquiry data once the matter is concluded and further retention is no longer necessary. Where correspondence is subject to statutory commercial or tax retention requirements, it is retained for the prescribed period. Data required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained until the relevant limitation periods expire.
4. Cookies, external content and audience measurement
The website code we provide does not set cookies or use Local Storage or Session Storage. We do not embed advertising pixels, analytics services, external fonts, maps or videos. Graphics are loaded from this website; text is displayed using system fonts available on your device.
Cloudflare’s security infrastructure may set the technically necessary __cf_bm cookie to identify harmful automated traffic and protect the website. It contains encrypted information used to assess automated access and expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. It is not used for advertising or audience measurement by us. Storage is necessary for securely providing the requested service under section 25(2), point 2 TDDDG; the associated processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Further technically necessary processing by the hosting provider is described under “Website delivery and hosting”. Links to other websites are opened only when you click them. The respective providers’ privacy information applies to those services.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
The hosting and email providers use international infrastructure and sub-processors. Processing may therefore take place outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. The locations, recipients and safeguards applicable to each service are determined by the relevant provider agreements and sub-processor lists. We do not claim that data is processed exclusively in Germany or Europe.
For transfers of EEA data by OpenAI Ireland Ltd. to affiliates or service providers outside the EEA, section 4.1 of the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum provides for European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision under Article 45 GDPR. These safeguards can be reviewed in the linked data processing agreement or requested from us.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
Right to object: Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact avlogistics@volodin.de to exercise your rights.

7. Providing data and automated decisions
Providing information in an enquiry is voluntary. Without the information needed to respond or plan transport, we may be unable to handle your enquiry. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place on this website.
8. Encryption and updates
The website is delivered over HTTPS. We update this information when its features or service providers change. Email is not automatically end-to-end encrypted; please discuss a suitable method with us before sending particularly confidential information.
